Reese Witherspoon: My Kids Will Only Talk to Me Through Snapchat!

Reese Witherspoon: Oscar-winning actress, lifestyle entrepreneur and embarrassing mom?!
It's hard to fathom being anything but completely enamored by the vibrant star, but as she dished to Today Friday morning, not everyone picks up her phone calls.
Take Witherspoon's two oldest kids for example, 17-year-old Ava Phillippe and Deacon Phillippe, who turns 13 this weekend. When talking to co-host Jenna Bush Hager about her love of Snapchat she explained, "I have two teenagers, and I've discovered that they will Snapchat me back, but they will not call me back. And I think it's important for people to communicate well with their children."
Hey, whatever works! And just for the record, we'd drop all prior commitments to snap and call Reese back.

But speaking of raising a teenager, the Draper James guru also revealed she often calls on her mini-me daughter with ex Ryan Phillippe for fashion advice.
"I usually ask my daughter, my 17-year-old daughter, 'Does this look good?' and she'll be honest with me. She'll be like, 'No. You do not look good. You cannot wear that.' So I depend on her brutal honesty," Reese explained.
Meanwhile, Witherspoon also recently gushed to E! News' Marc Malkin about how proud she is of her daughter.

"She's just a sweetheart," she said. "And just a nice young woman who's turned out to have this huge heart and soul and, I'm just so proud of her."
In 2012, Reese and hubby Jim Toth welcomed son Tennessee James. Just last year, Witherspoon told Today of her blended family, "My older kids are just so in love with their baby brother and help out so much. It's kind of like having this big extended family. We always talk about in our house, the more people that love you, the better your life is. So, I love it."
