Editor's note: A 65-member committee is set to vote on whether to recommend the impeachment of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff. The vote is largely symbolic, BBC News reports, as the 513-member lower house of Congress is expected to vote on impeachment later this week or at the start of next week. Local media reports more than 100 lower house members are still undecided. Rousseff will need 172 members to vote against her impeachment to avoid the matter moving to the Senate. - Stephanie
