She's being Miley Cyrus if she's pushing the boundaries in some way.
And on Friday the 22-year-old posted yet another topless photo to her Instagram account - but this time she's reclining in another topless girl's lap. 
The snap see her resting her head on Sky Ferreira's legs in what appeared to be a polaroid snap of a piece of fan art.

Miley appeared bare chested and possibly without trousers resting her head on Sky's midriff, who was resting on the sofa with a pair of dark bottoms and pink shower slippers.
The pair are both no strangers to openly revealing their bodies.
In late January, Miley was spotted vacationing with beau Patrick Schwarzenegger in Hawaii and frolicking in the ocean without a bathing suit top.
