Lady Gaga Shot 50 Selfies for Shiseido

 

With more than 870 Instagram posts to her name, Lady Gaga is a veritable selfie expert, and beauty brand Shiseido is taking full advantage of that fact. The singer has been tapped to be the face and photographer of the Japanese brand's 2015 New Year’s ad campaign, WWD reports. For the project, Gaga shot 50 selfies, which will each appear in a different Japanese newspaper, with 46 debuting January 1 and the remaining four being unveiled January 5.
Since the ads are appearing only in Japan (boo), it’s hard to predict the filter she'll use (a selfie isn't a selfie unless it's been given the Valencia treatment, right?), the faces she'll make, and, of course, the glorious outfits she'll be wearing. But luckily, Lady Gaga’s Instagram DOES offers a rich glimpse of the variety of selfies that will surely be in the mix.
