Once Upon a Time Takes on Frozen, Introduces Anna and Elsa: Watch Now

Once Upon a Time wanted to build a snowman… and it did! The ABC drama premiered with frosty magic on Sunday, Sept. 28, putting a spin on Disney's Oscar-winning smash Frozen on the first episode of the fourth season.
In an installment called "A Tale of Two Sisters," Once Upon a Time introduced newcomers Elizabeth Lail and Georgina Haig as sisters Anna and Elsa. The show interpreted the story of Frozen (itself inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's The Snow Queen), setting the scene for Anna to marry her heart's desire Kristoff.

Scott Michael Foster (Greek) took on the role of the male lead, playing the reindeer-loving nomad raised by stone trolls. Said trolls came into play in the OUAT premiere, when Elsa discovers her mother's diary and learns her powers may have played a role in her parents' deaths.
She later encounters other fairy tale creatures in OUAT, including Snow White's dwarfs Grumpy and Sleepy. Sadly missing from the episode was the fan-favorite friendly snowman, Olaf, as well as hit Frozen songs "Let It Go" and "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?"
